RESOLUTION 2023-13
A RESOLUTION TO ASSIGN SIGNATORY AUTHORIZATION FOR SRF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS
Whereas, the Town of Churubusco, Indiana, (the “Participant”) currently has an ongoing municipal water pollution project that is being funded by the Indiana Finance Authority’s State Revolving Fund; and,
Whereas, the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco has approved contracts for the completion of this project which include sums related to work contingencies; and,
Whereas, Indiana Finance Authority regulations require a representative of the Town to approve Work Allowance Authorizations (WAA) prior to contingency sums being spent.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Town Council, the governing body of the Participant, that:
1) Madalyn Sade-Bartl, Council Chief of Staff, be authorized to approve Work Allowance Authorizations related to the municipal water pollution project subject to the WAA not changing the original contract amount or the overall project scope.
2) All other change orders and invoices related to the municipal water project will be presented and approved by the Churubusco Town Council.
