Executive Session Minutes –June 18, 2024
The Churubusco Town Council met on June 18, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Clerk’s Office for an executive session. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss lease terms with the Churubusco Community Coalition in regards to the Churubusco Civic Center. Members present were council members Devin Keener, Mark Pepple, and Nathan Van Horn; and Clerk-Treasurer, Madalyn Sade-Bartl. Others present were Town Attorney, Andrew Boxberger; and Churubusco Community Coalition members Lisa Fensler and Amy Egly.
President Pepple called the meeting to order. Mr. Boxberger reminded those present that no final decisions could be made at an executive session. Various items related to the future Library lease and the memorandum of understanding were discussed between the groups and Mr. Boxberger agreed to send the Library notes relating to the items discusses. The meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
