Executive Session Minutes –July 3, 2024
The Churubusco Town Council met on July 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clerk’s Office for an executive session. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss threatened litigation. Members present were council members Devin Keener, Mark Pepple, and Nathan Van Horn; Clerk-Treasurer, Madalyn Sade-Bartl; and Town Attorney, Andrew Boxberger.
President Pepple called the meeting to order. Mr. Boxberger reminded those present that no final decisions could be made at an executive session. Various items related to issues related to the litigation. The meeting adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
