Executive Session Minutes – August 6, 2025
The Churubusco Town Council met on August 6, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in the Town Hall for an executive session. The purpose of the meeting was in accordance to 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5) and (b)(9). Members present were council members Devin Keener, Mark Pepple, and Nathan Van Horn; Clerk-Treasurer, Madalyn Sade-Bartl; Deputy Clerk, Natalie Blessing; and Town Attorney, Andrew Boxberger.
President Van Horn called the meeting to order. Mr. Boxberger reminded those present that no final decisions could be made at an executive session. Only items related to the above-mentioned subjects were discussed. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
