The Town Council of the Town of Churubusco, Indiana (“Town”) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 16 at 6:00 PM at the Churubusco Park Scout Building, 501 N. John Krieger Drive, Churubusco, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on Ordinance 2022-19: An Ordinance Amending Rates and Charges for Churubusco Water Works to adjust rates for water service inside and outside the Town. All users of the Town’s water works, owners of property served or to be served, and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rates.
