Executive Session Minutes – September 11, 2025
The Churubusco Town Council met on September 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall for an executive session. The purpose of the meeting was in accordance to 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5) and (b)(9). Members present were council members Devin Keener, Mark Pepple, and Nathan Van Horn; and Clerk-Treasurer, Madalyn Sade-Bartl.
President Van Horn called the meeting to order. Ms. Bartl reminded those present that no final decisions could be made at an executive session. Only items related to the above-mentioned subjects were discussed. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
