RESOLUTION 2016-16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the OCRA Fund Resolution 2015-06 was established by Town Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant associated with this fund has been finalized and closed; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council and Clerk-Treasurer recommend excess funds not used for the project be transferred from Fund 230- OCRA CDBG Fund back into Fund 218- Economic Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco of Churubusco, Indiana hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to transfer of the following funds as followed:
From: OCRA CDBG Fund $11,700.53
Total OCRA CDBG transferred from: $11,700.53
To: Economic Development $11,700.53
Total Economic Development Fund transferred to: $11,700.53
DULY ADOPTED by the Town Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 2016, at which meeting a quorum was present.
