RESOLUTION 2017-02
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco, Indiana (“Town Council”) has previously enacted Ordinance Number 4-1975; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council and Clerk-Treasurer recommend funds be transferred from utility operating funds into the utility depreciation & improvement funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco of Churubusco, Indiana hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to transfer of the following funds as followed:
From: Water Operation Fund $ 25,000.00
Total Water Operation Fund transferred from: $ 25,000.00
To: Water Depreciation Fund $ 25,000.00
Total Water Depreciation Fund transferred to: $ 25,000.00
From: Sewer Operation Fund $ 125,000.00
Total Sewer Operation Fund transferred from: $ 125,000.00
To: Sewer Improvement Fund $ 125,000.00
Total Sewer Improvement Fund transferred to: $ 125,000.00
DULY ADOPTED by the Town Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of January, 2017, at which meeting a quorum was present.
