The Churubusco Town Council will hold an Executive Session as authorized under Indiana Code section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b):

time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties.
___ To receive information about and interview prospective employees.
___With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:
(A) to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and
(B) to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee, student, or an independent contractor who is a physician.
___For discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute.
___To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.
___ For the consideration of the appointment of a public official, to do the following:
___ Develop a list of prospective appointees.
