JOB OPENING: Full-time Deputy Marshal

Churubusco Police Department is accepting applications for a Full-Time Deputy Marshal position.
This application process will be open until December 31, 2024 or until the position is filled. A hire date has not been determined at this time.
The Churubusco Police Department is only accepting Tier 1 certified officers with preference of 5 years’ experience or more.
The Town of Churubusco is a quiet town with a focus on community policing.
The following is the list of benefits and pay.
*Full-Time Deputy Marshal pay: $30.25 hourly/$2420.00 biweekly/$62,920 annually.
*Retirement: 457B deferred compensation/Employer matching up to 6%.
*90% Employer paid insurance with up to $5000 HSA contribution
*Negotiable vacation/sick time depending on years of service.
*Compensatory Time and Overtime available at your choice
*12-hour shift schedule. With every other weekend being a three-day weekend.
*13-15 holidays paid per year depending on election years.
*Take home car.
*$650.00 a year clothing allowance
