RESOLUTION 2016-05
A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS AND CREATE A NEW FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF STORMWATER DISBURSEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town of Churubusco is finds a need to create a new fund for Stormwater fee disbursements, and;
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer deems it necessary to transfer starting funds totaling $900 from the Sewer fund to the newly created fund, to be reimbursed by July 1, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco that a new fund is hereby authorized to be established for the purpose of receiving and disbursing money associated with Stormwater operations. The use of these funds shall abide by all rules and regulations as prescribed by Indiana Code and State Board of Accounts policy.
DULY ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Churubusco, Whitley County, State of Indiana this 6th day of April, 2016.
